The old tramp left us to walk our paths as we saw fit, and we have not seen him again to this day, sometimes we wonder if we ever met him at all, or if he was some kind of collective imagining, a dreaming perhaps, a mutual conjuring of our collective desire for guidance and mystery. Yet, we have our memories, our stories, we did walk those concrete streets, we did pass through the docks and ride a rickety old boat across the water, we did cross the threshold and find ourselves in another realm. All these things happened. Now he is gone, to show others that there is more to life than supply and demand, that there really is only one law, the law of the land, and he has left us with that most precious of things, a direction home, a way to walk, and a song to sing, so let us sing our song of home to you, in honour of a man, who was not afraid to walk his own path, and live his own dream.
Come Home

Home

To the skin to the bones

To the voice of the stones

Home

Home

Down deep in the Soil in the Earth in the Heart of it All

Know

That the Heart is no longer alone

For its finally Home

Here in the place where you are

Where you stand

Where your feet feel the Earth and the Land
And this Land

Well this Land is a place that we know

And this Earth, this Earth is a place we call Home

And it knows

What it knows

And it speaks to the leaves on the trees

In our sleep in our dreams

Of a place we have been

Of a garden of green

And the trees send their roots down to grow

Seek to reach where the rainwater flows

Where the rainwater flows

Come Home

Home

To the skin to the bones

To the voice of the stones

Home

Home

Down deep in the Soil in the Earth in the Heart of it All

Know

That the Heart is no longer alone

For its finally Home

We are the ones we are waiting for

Now with the sun our face

Taste sweet light that is life that is love

That is all that we know

And this Earth, this Earth is a place we call home

And it knows

What it knows

And it speaks to the leaves on the trees

In our sleep in our dreams

Of a place we have been

Of a garden of green

And the trees send their roots down to grow

Seek to reach where the rainwater flows

Where the rainwater flows

Come Home

Home

To the skin to the bones

To the voice of the stones

Home

Home

Down deep in the Soil in the Earth in the Heart of it All

Know

That the Heart is no longer alone

For its finally Home
